Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and chats

• Assisting with invoices, payments, and rate changes

• Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Retaining customers and building sustainable customer relationships

• Processing relocations and updating records

⛳️ Requirements

• Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)

• Experience with MS Office & CRM systems

• Strong communication skills

• Logical, analytical, and proactive

• Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
