Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• As a Trust & Safety Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibility will be engaging in daily communication with our users and stakeholders on Pets4Homes and Lancaster Puppies, our marketplaces in the UK and US.

• Your daily activities will involve moderating listings and offering customer support through email.

• You should consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), which include customer satisfaction, team moderation objectives, and quality benchmarks.

• We are seeking a remote team member who is available to work up to 40 hours per week on a long-term project covering evenings (CET) and nearly all weekends.

• IMPORTANT: You must be able to commit to working at least three weekends each month.

• A strong passion for animal welfare and pets.

• Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Support.

• Proficiency in business English (both written and spoken).

• Fluency in business German is a significant advantage!

• A proactive and independent approach to work.

• Capability to challenge existing processes to enhance user satisfaction and promote animal welfare.
