This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Drive customer acquisition through proactive outbound sales and consistent engagement with prospects.
• Manage assigned lead lists utilizing email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and video meetings.
• Navigate prospects through the sales journey from initial outreach to successful conversion.
• Emphasize high-volume outbound prospecting, structured multi-touch follow-up, objection handling, and ownership of conversions.
• Independently oversee prospect pipelines, persist through non-responses, and uphold high-quality engagement while achieving activity and conversion targets.
• Accurately track outreach activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within CRM and communication platforms.
• Recognize recurring customer objections, engagement trends, and process gaps to enhance continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions with operations, customer experience, and leadership teams to support acquisition objectives.

• 2–3+ years of experience in sales (outbound sales), customer acquisition, BDR/SDR, or a comparable high-volume role.
• Experience managing outbound and/or high-volume customer engagement activities across various communication channels.
• Strong closing orientation, confident on the phone, with a history of driving prospects to commit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing, persuading, and building customer trust.
• Proficient in cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
• Experience addressing objections, handling challenging customer conversations, and driving conversion results.
• Ability to independently manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, adapting approaches based on customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer communication tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with consistent attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn products, processes, and customer workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working towards performance goals, activity metrics, or conversion targets is preferred.
• Availability to work during standard US business hours is required.
• Experience selling to SMBs or independent business owners, with a clear understanding of their mindset: skeptical of platforms, time-constrained, and quick to disengage without an immediate value proposition.
• Hands-on experience with sales engagement and email outreach platforms (e.g., Mixmax, Saleshandy, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalent), including managing sequences, cadences, and operating an inbox at high volume.
• Comfort with high-volume phone outreach, including a proven record of cold calling at scale.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding outbound activity and conversion targets.
