This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Drive customer acquisition through proactive outbound sales and consistent engagement with prospects.
• Manage assigned lead lists via email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and video meetings, guiding prospects through the sales journey from initial outreach to successful conversion.
• Emphasize high-volume outbound prospecting, structured multi-touch follow-up, objection handling, and ownership of conversions.
• Independently oversee prospect pipelines, persist through non-responses, and maintain high-quality engagement while achieving activity and conversion goals.
• Implement consistent multi-touch follow-up strategies to engage prospects and drive conversion results.
• Clearly communicate the value propositions of products and services, addressing customer questions and objections in real-time.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, consultations, and video meetings as needed.
• Steer conversations towards successful sign-ups, onboarding, or conversion outcomes.
• Manage multiple prospect interactions simultaneously while prioritizing high-intent opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of outreach activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within CRM and communication platforms.
• Identify recurring customer objections, engagement patterns, and process gaps to aid in continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate across departments with operations, customer experience, and leadership teams to achieve acquisition goals.

• 2–3+ years of experience in sales (outbound sales), customer acquisition, BDR/SDR, or a comparable high-volume role.
• Experience managing outbound and/or high-volume customer engagement activities across diverse communication channels.
• Strong closing orientation, with confidence in phone communication and a proven ability to persuade prospects to commit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to influence, persuade, and build customer trust.
• Proficient in cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
• Experience addressing objections, navigating challenging customer conversations, and driving conversion outcomes.
• Ability to independently manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to adapt approaches based on customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer communication tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with consistent attention to detail.
• Ability to rapidly learn products, processes, and customer workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working towards performance goals, activity metrics, or conversion targets preferred.
• Availability to work standard US business hours is required.
• Experience selling to SMBs or independent business owners, with a clear understanding of their mindset: skeptical of platforms, time-constrained, and quick to disengage without immediate value.
• Hands-on experience with sales engagement and email outreach platforms (e.g., Mixmax, Saleshandy, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalent), including running sequences, managing cadences, and operating an inbox at high volume.
• Comfort with high-volume phone outreach, including a demonstrated history of large-scale cold calling.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding outbound activity and conversion targets.
