This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Meet and surpass sales objectives for designated accounts
• Assist distributors and sales leaders in executing account strategies to maximize revenue and enhance capture rates
• Promote and upsell current pharmacy and repack services within established accounts
• Create and present engaging presentations and demonstrations of products/services
• Keep precise and current records of all sales activities
• Conduct quarterly reviews of accounts with key stakeholders
• Offer continuous support and advice to clients to optimize capture rates
• Address and resolve client issues pertaining to service delivery and program management
• Identify and report on any competitor advancements or positioning within existing accounts
• Ensure clients operate legally and compliantly regarding office dispensing activities
• Provide clients with guidance on any concerns or issues
• 1-5 years of sales experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Industry, or a related sales field
• Preferred experience in managing territories
• Demonstrated success in sales and account management positions
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, ideally with experience in pharmacy or medical device industries
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships
• Proficient in CRM systems and other sales-related tools
• Solid analytical, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
