This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Manage the daily customer relationship and growth strategy for Natural Specialty clients, achieving Net Sales, profit, and market share goals through methodical planning, negotiation, broker collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Lead the Natural and Distributor-owned business across a combination of direct and distributor-supported clients, ensuring consistent execution, effective customer planning, and optimal management of broker and distributor partnerships to meet growth targets.
• Achieve Net Sales, Gross Profit, trade, and market share objectives across the designated customers.
• Oversee the daily operations of broker and distributor relationships, catering to a diverse range of customers, including priority establishment, communication, and follow-up.
• Formulate customer and distributor strategies that align with the wider Natural channel goals and category priorities.
• Collaborate with internal sales leaders, category management, finance, supply chain, and retail execution teams to ensure coordinated support for the assigned accounts.
• Manage planning, forecasting, and trade investments across a diverse portfolio of smaller and more complex customers, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance performance.
• Facilitate execution across both direct and indirect market routes, ensuring alignment between customer needs, distributor dynamics, and broker priorities.
• Track customer, distributor, and broker performance, recommending actions to improve sales outcomes, execution consistency, and ROI.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6 years of experience in CPG sales or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to meet Net Sales and profit targets on a customer desk (preferred).
• Familiarity with trade management, promotional planning, and Revenue Growth Management (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with syndicated data (Satori/SPINS) and retailer POS (preferred).
• Proficient negotiation, presentation, and storytelling abilities with retail buyers (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment (preferred).
• Experience managing broker-led customers, distributor relationships, or indirect selling models is preferred.
• Proven capability to lead through complexity across a mix of direct, distributor, and broker-supported businesses (preferred).
• Experience managing customer relationships through broker partners, including setting priorities, aligning execution, and following up on business objectives (preferred).
• Strong planning and prioritization skills across multiple smaller accounts and stakeholders (preferred).
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time (preferred).
