This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Manage the daily customer relationships and growth strategies for designated customer(s), categories, and broker-supported operations.
• Achieve Net Sales, profit, and market share objectives through strategic planning, effective negotiation, broker leadership, and collaboration across functions.
• Lead the Frozen and Beverage broker-managed business within the region, ensuring execution alignment, clear accountability, and robust coordination among internal teams and broker partners.
• Create and implement the annual customer strategy, which includes a promotional calendar and the introduction of innovations.
• Negotiate specific terms, promotions, and merchandising agreements with customers.
• Oversee daily customer communications, line reviews, and business assessments.
• Collaborate across functions to execute a unified customer strategy.
• Maintain precise forecasting and manage trade spending for the assigned category.
• Promote consistency in broker operations, communication, and execution standards across the broker-managed business.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in CPG sales or customer-facing commercial positions.
• Proven track record of meeting Net Sales and profit objectives within a customer desk.
• Familiarity with trade management, promotional planning, and Revenue Growth Management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data (Circana / NielsenIQ) and retailer Point of Sale (POS) data.
• Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills when engaging with retail buyers.
• Experience with broker partners or indirect selling models is preferred.
• Proven capability to coordinate efforts across multiple accounts, stakeholders, and execution partners.
