This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Identify customers at risk by analyzing data and proactively reach out to address their concerns.
β’ Manage cancellation requests and implement retention strategies to retain accounts.
β’ Establish and nurture strong relationships with current customers to enhance loyalty.
β’ Conduct regular check-in calls and satisfaction surveys with clients.
β’ Work collaboratively with sales and support teams to resolve escalated client issues.
β’ Monitor retention metrics and provide weekly reports on the outcomes.
β’ Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to propose relevant solutions.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or account management.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with diplomacy.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools for customer data analysis.
β’ An analytical mindset capable of spotting trends in customer behavior.
β’ Self-driven and results-oriented, especially in a remote work environment.
β’ An empathetic, patient, and solution-focused demeanor.
β’ A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
