This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage refunds and client retention while addressing billing questions and overseeing overdue accounts.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, which includes managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Address customer inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of customer proposals and invoices.
• Work with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and operations to facilitate seamless sales operations.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive customer records in CRM systems and other databases.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Exceptional phone and email communication abilities, with a talent for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with a CRM system is preferred.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
