This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated customers
• Build and nurture robust customer relationships
• Collect, document, validate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements
• Convert customer needs into infrastructure solutions
• Hold regular meetings with the leadership of assigned branches
• Assist customers in formulating migration and modernization strategies
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, including status updates
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure requests
• Track delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations
• Provide support for acquisition tracking and financial transparency concerning customer projects
• Foster ongoing service improvement initiatives
• Strong engagement with customers
• Management of service delivery
• Awareness of cloud technologies
• Coordination of operations
• Experience in the infrastructure and cloud services sector
