β’ Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management or customer support, ideally within the SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client requirements.
β’ Capability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a remote environment.
β’ Knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and customer support tools.
β’ Willingness to work during UK business hours.
