Customer Project & Success Manager – all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Complete implementation and project management from start to finish

• Responsible for the onboarding and rollout of Philips ECG solutions from kickoff to go-live

• Coordinate internal teams as well as external partners and clients

• Manage timelines, risks, and milestones effectively

• Ensure a high quality of implementation

• Build long-term, trustworthy relationships with relevant stakeholders

• Analyze usage data, customer satisfaction, and clinical outcomes

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Serve as the regional point of contact for customer success topics in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and CEE

• Incorporate customer feedback into the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in business, health management, or a related field (master's preferred)

• At least 4 years of experience in customer success, project management, or the implementation of healthcare or clinical software

• Proven experience in managing complex B2B implementation projects in the healthcare sector

• Strong understanding of hospital processes, ideally in cardiology or ECG monitoring

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (French, Italian, or Polish are a strong plus)

• Structured, proactive working style with a high level of customer orientation and communication skills

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
