This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee customer-facing projects for Radiology Informatics (RI) to achieve project goals and meet stakeholder expectations, ultimately creating value for customers.
• Manage substantial, cross-functional projects (>€1M), ensuring compliance with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Align stakeholders on project objectives while effectively managing scope, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive risk management initiatives and escalations with comprehensive reporting and actionable mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners, including interactions with senior executives and representation of projects in governance forums.
• Lead and empower diverse teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with standardized delivery processes and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Manage subcontractors and partners within complex contractual frameworks.
• Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, change control, and KPI-driven cost optimization.
• Optimize resource allocation across projects while driving ongoing process improvements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software professional services and project management, preferably in international settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) with a robust understanding of project management methodologies and estimation techniques (cost, time, resources, risk).
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects within established scope, budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks.
• Strong knowledge of software systems, integrations, and third-party interfaces.
• Financial acumen with the capability to influence margins during both presales and project execution phases.
• Proficient negotiation skills for contract discussions with subcontractors and competitors.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including effective engagement with senior/executive customer representatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, subcontractors, and driving performance across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven history in process improvement, service quality enhancement, and continuous delivery optimization.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English; open to travel.
