• Oversee projects for Radiology Informatics (RI) that engage customers, ensuring the achievement of project objectives and stakeholder expectations, thereby generating customer value.
• Direct large-scale, cross-functional initiatives (>€1M), guaranteeing delivery within defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality criteria.
• Align stakeholders on project objectives while managing scope, resources, risks, and interdependencies.
• Facilitate risk management and escalate issues with clear reporting and actionable mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners, including senior executives; represent projects in governance forums.
• Lead and empower diverse teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with standardized delivery processes and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Manage subcontractors and partners within complex contractual frameworks.
• Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, change control, and KPI-driven cost optimization.
• Enhance resource allocation across projects and promote continuous process improvement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software professional services and project management, preferably in international settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and estimation techniques (cost, time, resources, risk).
• Proven track record in delivering complex software projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Strong grasp of software systems, integrations, and third-party interfaces.
• Financial acumen and the ability to influence profit margins during both presales and project execution.
• Proficient negotiation skills for contract discussions with subcontractors and competitors.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including engagement with senior/executive customer representatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills: leading teams, managing subcontractors, and driving performance across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven history in process improvement, service quality enhancement, and continuous delivery advancements.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English; readiness to travel as required.
