Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders from the confirmation stage through to project execution at the client location.

• Assist the Sales team with order fulfillment, technical quotations, and reviews of orders.

• Provide guidance to clients on technical feasibility, including requirements for network design.

• Engage Solution Architects for intricate IT and network initiatives.

• Calculate and track costs related to project implementation, materials, and labor.

• Coordinate the execution of projects with clients, Order Management, Account Managers, and external contractors.

• Lead kick-off meetings and coordination discussions.

• Manage all planning elements, including start dates, project timelines, and handover dates.

• Develop project schedules.

• Organize installation tasks with technicians, Clinical Application Specialists, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and external contractors.

• Conduct system handovers to clients.

• Oversee revenue-related milestones that serve as the foundation for the weekly Sales Forecast.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar qualification.

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in patient monitoring or several years of project management experience.

• Network expertise is a beneficial asset.

• Familiarity with the relevant product portfolio, including patient monitoring and networking.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, alongside strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Experience in leading teams, including in a non-disciplinary manner, is advantageous.

• Residing in German-speaking Switzerland.

• Willingness to travel over 50% in a field-based role.
