Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders from the confirmation stage through to project execution at the client’s location.

• Assist the Sales team with order fulfillment and preparation of proposals.

• Provide guidance on the technical viability of projects, including network architecture.

• Engage the Solution Architect for intricate IT and network initiatives.

• Assess and track implementation costs, including materials and labor.

• Coordinate project delivery with clients, Order Management, Account Managers, and external vendors.

• Facilitate kick-off and coordination meetings.

• Handle all planning elements, such as start dates, project timelines, and handover dates.

• Generate project timelines.

• Coordinate installation efforts with technicians, Clinical Application Specialists, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and external contractors.

• Conduct system handovers to clients.

• Manage revenue-related milestones to inform the weekly Sales Forecast.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in medical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar qualification.

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in patient monitoring or several years of project management expertise.

• Familiarity with network systems is a plus.

• Understanding of the relevant product portfolio, including patient monitoring and networking technologies.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.

• Experience in managing personnel, including non-disciplinary leadership, is advantageous.
