Customer Portfolio Manager, CPM, CS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison to the customer, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues related to a diverse range of support services for the designated region, product, or coverage area.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines and their related configuration installations, acting as the most direct access point to all relevant internal resources to assist the customer.

• Develop and maintain ongoing communication to provide continuous technical and business support to assigned clients within the specified geographic region or coverage area.

• Shape the strategy for the area of responsibility, including resource management and influencing policy development.

• Analyze straightforward internal and external business challenges and suggest best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Apply a high level of discernment to make decisions and address complex tasks or issues in areas such as operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• May oversee functional teams or projects that require minimal resources, present low risk, and/or involve limited complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associate's degree from a college or 7 years of experience in the power generation industry).

• At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power expertise.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to the site.
