Customer Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with Field Sales, Finance, and RGMX to enhance our planning and forecasting capabilities.

• Facilitate the monthly forecasting process to ensure reliable outcomes.

• Establish a routine for forecasting bias, sharing insights regularly with the CBT leadership team.

• Meet trade plan targets for both working and non-working trade expenditures to optimize ROI.

• Oversee systems and functionalities through our collaborative partnerships across various functions.

• Manage division-level margin pool analysis along with actionable strategies.

• Take ownership of Albertson CBT NSV/GSV reporting for the entire team.

• Keep comprehensive records and business documentation to accurately reflect business transactions.

• Strong financial understanding and demonstrable advanced analytical capabilities.

• Experience utilizing syndicated and other data to generate insights, recommendations, and business plans that influence customer choices to meet category goals.

• Exceptional attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.

• Proven ability to exhibit polished interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, as well as in presentations.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with and eagerness to learn new systems such as IRI, Spark, and others.
