This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Advocate for restaurant proprietors to ensure they retain ownership of their mobile applications or online presence.
• Guide and instruct restaurant owners on optimal practices for their online ordering systems, supported by data and thorough SEO testing conducted by our product team.
• Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our internal processes.
• Influence the design of the Owner platform by offering pertinent product feedback to our engineering team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Capability to efficiently manage multiple accounts, each at different stages of the onboarding process.
• Possess a growth mindset: you are dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development.
• Solutions-focused, able to recognize issues and take appropriate action or ownership.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment where change is frequent.
• Strong proficiency in English: reading, writing, and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 preferred).
• Experience in the restaurant industry for at least one year is an advantage.
