This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Serve as an advocate for restaurant proprietors, ensuring they retain ownership of their mobile applications and online presence.
• Provide coaching and education to restaurant owners on optimal online ordering practices, supported by data and thorough SEO testing conducted by our product team.
• Engage in projects and initiatives that enhance our internal operational processes.
• Influence the design of the Owner platform by delivering key product feedback to our engineering team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, each at different stages of the onboarding process.
• Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
• Solutions-oriented with the capability to identify challenges and take appropriate ownership and action.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment where adaptability to change is essential.
• Strong command of English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. (C1/C2 level preferred)
• Experience in the restaurant industry for at least 1 year is a plus.
