• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of various locations for different brands for a range of assigned products.
• Vertical-Specific Expertise: Cultivate in-depth knowledge and proficiency in various onboarding processes, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, third-party integrations, direct ordering systems, and more.
• Testing and Validation: Perform testing to confirm that the system or product operates correctly and aligns with the specified requirements. Ensure that all components function as intended prior to full deployment.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients as necessary via email or phone to discuss onboarding needs.
• Collaborative Projects: Work collaboratively with internal and/or external teams to devise solutions, ensuring comprehensive resolution of customer onboarding challenges.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain brand-specific documentation to guarantee successful onboarding in accordance with brand standards.
• Managing Work Queues: Oversee and prioritize assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3+ years in client operations and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of all aspects of the onboarding process.
