This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and establishing a strong foundation for their success.
• Facilitate initial training sessions and demonstrations tailored to the needs of customers, fostering a comprehensive understanding of our product features and capabilities.
• Create customized onboarding materials and resources available in both French and English.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication with new customers throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the onboarding process.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives, utilizing customer feedback and onboarding metrics to promote continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new French-speaking customers during the onboarding phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring swift resolution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within the SaaS sector.
• C2 level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for creating a positive first impression for new customers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and training capabilities.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and continuously enhance skills in a dynamic environment.
