This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design and implement effective onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and establishing a strong foundation for their success.
• Facilitate initial training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to meet customer needs, fostering a comprehensive understanding of our product features and capabilities.
• Create customized onboarding materials and resources in both Spanish and English.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication with new customers throughout the onboarding journey.
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the onboarding process.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives, utilizing customer feedback and onboarding metrics to promote continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for new Spanish-speaking customers during the onboarding period, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within the SaaS sector.
• Must possess C2 level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of making a positive first impression with new customers.
