This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer personalized assistance to new clients during the system setup and onboarding process.

• Facilitate online training sessions and workshops.

• Collaborate closely with the Support, Sales, and Product teams.

• Provide support to the Sales team as required.

• Maintain consistent communication with industry partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the hotel or hospitality sector.

• Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS, etc.).

• Enjoy engaging with diverse personalities.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Natural inclination towards technical products.

• Proven experience in delivering remote customer training.

• Capability to work independently.

• Enjoy collaborating within a team environment.

• Commitment to open and honest communication.
