This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and expand the lifecycle strategy encompassing onboarding and adoption, focusing on time-to-value, engagement, payment activation, and revenue enhancement.

• Create and refine multi-channel customer journeys (including email and in-app) utilizing behavioral data, segmentation, and ongoing testing.

• Design and implement AI-driven systems and workflows to enhance targeting, execution, and decision-making at scale.

• Convert customer behavior and lifecycle performance into actionable insights that promote adoption, retention, and growth.

• Develop performance frameworks to assess impact, prioritize initiatives based on ROI, and continually enhance programs.

• Collaborate across functions to synchronize lifecycle strategy with product and go-to-market initiatives, using data to influence decision-making.

• Manage programs from start to finish and support customer-facing initiatives that foster product adoption, engagement, and education.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer, Lifecycle, or Product Marketing within the SaaS sector, with a proven history of managing lifecycle or product adoption programs from start to finish, demonstrating measurable effects on adoption, retention, payment activation, and revenue.

• A strong systems thinker with experience in developing scalable, repeatable lifecycle programs and integrating AI and automation into workflows for segmentation, optimization, and decision-making.

• Practical expertise with email and in-app channels (e.g., Pendo), encompassing segmentation, deliverability, UX, and multi-channel journey optimization.

• A robust analytical skill set, with experience in creating performance frameworks, linking efforts to business results, and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI.

• Proficiency in core marketing and customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Gainsight, Pendo, etc.) and the ability to effectively leverage data across systems.

• Proven capability to work independently in ambiguous settings, managing strategy through execution with a strong problem-solving approach.

• An effective cross-functional collaborator and communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders, clearly presenting insights, and supporting customer-facing initiatives that enhance adoption and engagement.
