This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage customer interactions and communication.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with our hospital partners.
• Engage in regular communication with customers, which includes structured updates and reports.
• Prepare and lead review meetings with our clients.
• Proactively discuss the scope of services, collaboration, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate customer onboarding processes.
• Organize and manage the onboarding of new hospital partners.
• Ensure that new customer projects initiate in a well-structured manner and achieve productivity swiftly.
• Collaborate with project managers, coding teams, and internal departments.
• Coordination and oversight of customer collaboration.
• Structure and prepare pertinent information to support cooperation with our clients.
• Maintain a transparent flow of information between customers and internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify anomalies and trends at an early stage.
• Conduct analysis and development initiatives.
• Gather and document customer satisfaction feedback.
• Analyze collaboration efforts and customer performance outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for further development of the collaboration.
• Communicate potential upsell opportunities to our sales team.
• Several years of experience in a customer-facing position within the healthcare sector (e.g., Customer Success, consulting, account management, or project coordination).
• Strong understanding of the DRG system and hospital billing processes.
• Practical experience in DRG coding or medical controlling.
• Experience working with various stakeholders in a hospital setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when interacting with customers.
• Organized working style and a passion for coordinating complex collaborations.
• A keen interest in actively developing customer relationships.
