This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the main contact point for our clients: You will assist our customers with their ongoing loans and insurance policies, addressing all pertinent issues.
• Proactive support for financial challenges: Through both phone and written communication, you will provide vital assistance to our clients facing difficult financial situations.
• Customized solutions for borrowers: You will collaborate with our borrowers to formulate suitable repayment plans and foster long-term, stable relationships with them.
• Addressing a variety of customer inquiries: Whether through email, chat, postal mail, or phone calls, you will respond competently, dependably, and with a service-centric attitude.
• Coordination with external partners: You will handle correspondence with our external service providers in receivables management, ensuring seamless information flow.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: You will work closely with both upstream and downstream departments to facilitate efficient handling and resolution of customer issues.
• Internal advocate for our customers: You will represent customer interests within the company and contribute to enhancing processes and decisions from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Relevant training and experience: You possess completed commercial vocational training (or an equivalent qualification) and have a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in debt management, customer service, or the banking industry.
• Genuine passion for customer satisfaction: You enjoy engaging with people and are dedicated to creating positive experiences for customers.
• Strong commitment and motivation: You work proactively and reliably, bringing a positive demeanor to your daily tasks.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written: You communicate clearly, confidently, and understandably in both oral and written forms of German.
