This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define and take ownership of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and planning frameworks for product launches, feature releases, and initiatives aimed at customer growth.
• Convert company and segment priorities into well-defined GTM plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish planning rhythms to synchronize Product Marketing and Customer Marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage the customer lifecycle strategy, ensuring alignment of programs with key business objectives.
• Create scalable lifecycle frameworks that guide customers from initial implementation to long-term engagement.
• Design proactive engagement programs that foster adoption, enhance product usage, and reduce churn risks.
• Utilize customer behavioral data, health metrics, and journey analytics to prioritize lifecycle initiatives effectively.
• Track program performance, KPI trends, and customer engagement metrics to promote continuous improvement.
• Construct automated workflows and customer journeys utilizing marketing automation tools.
• Craft clear, value-oriented messaging that supports the customer journey at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Support teams to deliver cohesive lifecycle experiences.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or related fields.
• Preferred experience working with B2B SaaS or technology-driven products.
• Practical experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce).
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, email marketing, and retention strategies.
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Capability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
