• Advanced segmentation of customers, analysis of LTV, and modeling of churn
• Development of forecasting models, reporting on pipelines, and conducting predictive analytics
• Analysis of campaign performance across various digital channels
• Delivery of cross-functional insights to Marketing, Sales, and Support teams
• Validation of data quality and enhancement of reporting processes
• Providing informal mentorship to Analyst I team members
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Experience in marketing or sales analytics
• Familiarity with forecasting and predictive modeling
