Customer Growth Program Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that SentinelOne is represented positively and authentically as a trustworthy provider of effective, reliable, and scalable security solutions.

• Collaborate with the Community and Growth team to guarantee the overall success of our customers and support fellow members of the Customer Success organization.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of growth campaigns.

• Aid in analyzing customer data, including usage statistics, adoption trends, and health scores, to identify patterns and potential risks.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on upsell initiatives, adoption metrics, and gaining a deeper understanding of our customer base.

• Identify opportunities for growth related to upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.

• Contribute to revamping the customer lifecycle journey, focusing on new adoption and growth triggers.

• Ensure that projects meet reasonable expectations regarding documentation quality, usability, and utility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and analytical.

• Strong team player while also being a self-starter.

• Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adapt priorities as needed.

• Enthusiastic, driven, and confident with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey the company’s mission, product, and business opportunities.
