This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for service performance, product implementations, and support initiatives across designated accounts.
• Address TRRs and escalations in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and engage relevant cross-functional teams.
• Oversee progress to avoid workflow delays.
• Ensure rapid resolution of intricate issues.
• Collaborate with Sales to initiate Technical Resource Requests (TRRs).
• Develop and sustain program dashboards.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on significant activities, issues, and escalations to Customers, Account Teams, and Services leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (EE, CE, IT, etc.).
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, service delivery management, or a related technical account management role.
• More than 5 years of experience in developing Internet security solutions for enterprise clients, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, implementations, and products.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing CRMs and enterprise workflow systems to handle multiple, complex projects concurrently.
• A graduate degree (MBA or Master of Engineering) is preferred.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
• Practical experience with networking technologies (Routing, Switching, VPNs, LANs/WANs, IPsec, and Encryption Technology) is preferred.
