This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of cost classification, billing, and collections for the designated customer portfolio.
• Provide support to the Service Account Manager (SAM) in outage planning, managing internal service partner purchase orders (POs), and processing external vendor requisitions.
• Oversee the Project Controls Analyst (PCA) or other cost tracking personnel for outages within the assigned customer base.
• Handle outage demand placement, which includes parts requests, scheduling repairs, and fulfilling labor resource needs.
• Gather timesheets from vendors and suppliers, then calculate and generate invoices for billing purposes.
• Organize Post Outage Reviews and manage the distribution and collection of Customer Feedback Surveys.
• Update and maintain entries in GE’s OneSteam ERP system and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Assist the SAM as needed with customer communications, outage closeout procedures, and customer relationship deliverables.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the financial aspects of the Outage Assistant (OA).
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting roles).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting positions.
