Customer Expert, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main brand representative for Mercedes-Benz, offering assistance to German-speaking automotive clientele.

• Support customers with technical questions related to luxury vehicle features, connectivity solutions, and digital mobility offerings.

• Address intricate automotive-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Keep abreast of advancements in automotive technology, electric vehicles, and the Mercedes-Benz product lineup.

• Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.

• Work in collaboration with global teams to enhance service delivery and elevate the luxury brand experience.

• Engage in continuous training sessions to uphold expert-level knowledge of the dynamic automotive market.

• Native or fluent in German (both spoken and written).

• A valid EU passport (required).

• A true passion for the automotive sector and a dedication to preserving the prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and with empathy.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-tech environment.

• Ability to operate independently as a remote professional while maintaining connections within a global team setting.
