Customer Expert – Danish, Swedish or Norwegian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Offer customer support through phone, email, and chat platforms

• Address customer inquiries regarding products and services in a courteous manner

• Investigate customer issues and determine the underlying cause of problems

• Efficiently resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up until the issue is settled

• Research customer cases utilizing internal tools and resources

• Keep precise customer records and update CRM systems as needed

• Escalate complex issues when required to guarantee customer satisfaction

• Provide a high level of customer service in all interactions

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in one of the Nordic languages: Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian

• Proficient English communication skills

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with computers and basic technology tools

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional demeanor

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Previous experience in customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service roles

• Background in contact centres, BPO, retail, hospitality, or support environments

• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
