Customer Expert, Czech, Bulgarian or Romanian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat platforms.

• Address customer inquiries regarding products and services in a courteous manner.

• Examine customer issues and determine the underlying causes of concerns.

• Efficiently resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up until the matter is settled.

• Research customer cases utilizing internal tools and resources.

• Keep precise customer records and update CRM systems as necessary.

• Escalate complex issues as needed to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service across all interactions.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented workplace environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in one of the languages: Czech, Bulgarian, or Romanian.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using computers and basic technological tools.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional demeanor.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Prior experience in customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service roles.

• Background in contact centers, BPO, retail, hospitality, or other support environments.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
