This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develops strategic and intricate technical health and adoption strategies for large, key customer segments.
• Manages enterprise deployments of high complexity, utilizing AI analytics for both planning and execution.
• Acts as the customer advocate regarding support-related issues by monitoring support cases and assessing business impact.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within customer organizations.
• Oversees the execution of the Technical Adoption Program (TAP) and its integration across various teams.
• Demonstrates expertise across multiple Splunk products.
• Conducts business reviews for adoption and updates TAPs, incorporating AI analytics.
• Collaborates with Sales and Customer Experience leadership to co-develop adoption journeys for high-value accounts.
• Manages adoption efforts among various stakeholders and teams to ensure consistency and quality.
• Effectively communicates complex information during meetings or workshops.
• Designs and leads one-on-one series, measuring their reach and impact.
• Directs technical strategy within customer success programs.
• Acts as a Technology Evangelist.
• Must possess working knowledge of Splunk and/or relevant Splunk Certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of related experience, or a PhD plus 3 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Expert-level certification (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent relevant certification is expected.
• Certifications in industry trends are preferred.
