This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the representative of Tilt for both buyers and sellers.
• Manage orders, returns, and onboarding processes to build trust.
• Your insights will influence our policies, tools, and support content.
• Confidently address common marketplace inquiries.
• Develop process enhancements and transform challenging situations into positive results.
• Exceptional written English: friendly, clear, and confidence-inspiring.
• Strong customer judgment and empathy; skilled in de-escalation.
• Ownership mentality - you see tasks through to completion and communicate proactively.
• Familiarity with marketplace operations (orders, returns, refunds, seller/merchant inquiries) or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
