This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Offer professional, courteous, and appreciative support on each phone call.
β’ Provide outstanding, personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
β’ Keep precise records of all interactions and transactions.
β’ Confidently multitask by documenting, researching, and engaging with customers in real time.
β’ Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and consistently represent Signet in a positive manner.
β’ Achieve or surpass expectations for production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality.
β’ Address escalated issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
β’ Prior experience in customer service or client support.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to multitask with precision and a focus on detail.
β’ Basic proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel, along with a fundamental understanding of mathematics.
β’ Analytical skills to interpret feedback and foster continuous improvement.
β’ Bilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are an advantage.
