This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage each customer interaction from beginning to end, ensuring transparency, care, and confidence.

β’ Provide insights and identify recurring trends to enhance the overall experience.
β’ Become a knowledgeable product resource to authentically assist customers.
β’ High School diploma or GED required.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in customer service.
β’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote setting, while communicating clearly and professionally.
β’ Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
β’ Performance bonus of $1,000 per month.
