This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Foster meaningful connections with each member by demonstrating empathy, patience, and respect.
• Take full ownership of every member interaction and resolve inquiries during the first contact.
• Provide outstanding service by surpassing member expectations.
• Accurately address member inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist members with questions regarding provider networks and claims/reimbursement.
• Diligently document all interactions with members.
• Support outbound outreach efforts to enhance engagement.
• Over 2 years of experience in customer service, contact centers, or member support.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and Contact Center solutions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills that are clear, concise, and warm.
• Capability to manage high call volumes while addressing complex interactions.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
