This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and enhance the comprehensive customer experience strategy across all interaction points.
• Manage customer feedback initiatives, track NPS, and drive service enhancement projects.
• Effectively engage with internal teams and external partners across various time zones.
• Keep precise records of customer satisfaction metrics, journey maps, and CX project documentation.
• Utilize relevant tools such as CRM platforms, survey instruments, and customer analytics dashboards.
• Assist the broader team with cross-functional CX projects, training, and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Spot opportunities to minimize friction, boost loyalty, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or a similar domain.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple CX initiatives at once.
• Proficient in CRM systems, survey tools, and customer analytics applications.
• Capable of working independently and managing your own time efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
• Experience collaborating with UK-based clients or employers is a plus.
