This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work alongside physicians in real-time to assess and enhance case designs, ensuring the best aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients.
• Provide Live Clinical Support: Engage directly with clinicians through phone, chat, and video to resolve issues, clarify workflows, and deliver efficient and compassionate customer service.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a bridge between doctors and Dandy lab teams, interpreting clinical feedback into production results.
• 3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases.
• Profound understanding of digital dental workflows, encompassing implant systems, scan bodies, and optimal design practices.
• Technologically skilled with the capacity to quickly learn and navigate dental design platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clinicians, provide empathetic assistance, and handle complex issues with professionalism and care.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab position is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the capability to convert clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights.
• Comfortable engaging in live conversations with doctors, whether through chat, phone, or video calls.
• Strong independent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple intricate discussions simultaneously.
• Eagerness to thrive in a rapidly growing and dynamic fully-digital lab environment.
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines while upholding outstanding quality standards across every case.
