This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Load, validate, and maintain databases within the Qualtrics platform.
• Create and configure satisfaction, experience, and market surveys utilizing Qualtrics.
• Develop dashboards and management panels to track KPIs and outcomes.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses of survey outcomes.
• Analyze comments and open-ended responses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Execute and oversee the distribution of surveys to various audiences.
• Monitor surveys in the field, ensuring quality and compliance with timelines.
• Generate periodic Excel reports featuring indicators, field status, and consolidated results.
• Assist business areas in interpreting results and pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of the collected data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines.
• Proficient experience with the Qualtrics platform.
• Knowledge in designing and managing market, satisfaction, or customer experience surveys.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience in creating dashboards and executive reports.
• Familiarity with data analysis and the interpretation of metrics/KPIs.
• Experience with open-text analysis and comment categorization is an advantage.
