Customer Experience Expert, Italian-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries related to pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking, both basic and complex.

• Provide empathetic and precise support for billing, invoice, and claims requests.

• Assist customers in navigating the account setup and onboarding process.

• Help resolve technical issues associated with company systems.

• Address questions regarding service features, complaints, and pricing inquiries.

• Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and performance KPIs.

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2).

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency with technology and digital systems.
