This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
⢠Design and deliver advanced technical sessions (webinars, live builds, architecture deep dives, workshops) tailored for platform, DevOps, security, and engineering audiences.
⢠Create structured enablement series that correspond to customer maturity stages (e.g., secure SDLC, supply chain hardening, container governance).
⢠Develop repeatable technical learning paths aimed at promoting adoption beyond the initial onboarding phase.
⢠Design scalable Proof of Concept (PoC) frameworks that customers can utilize independently or through cohort-based execution.
⢠Establish technical success criteria and evaluation benchmarks for common adoption scenarios (e.g., policy enforcement, image integrity, SBOM visibility, secure pipelines).
⢠Convert Docker capabilities into actionable architectural patterns that customers can put into practice.
⢠Act as a field-informed representative to Product and Engineering, highlighting real-world technical challenges.
⢠Serve as a subject matter expert for non-support technical inquiries that surpass standard documentation.
⢠Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Post-Sales teams to maintain technical continuity without managing deal cycles.
⢠Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or comparable technical roles.
⢠Strong practical expertise in:
⢠- Docker and container ecosystems
⢠- Secure software supply chain practices
⢠- CI/CD pipelines and contemporary cloud-native architecture
⢠Proven experience in designing and executing structured PoCs with clearly defined success criteria.
⢠Capability to present complex technical subjects effectively to senior engineering audiences.
⢠Excellent written communication skills; experience in producing technical blogs or in-depth technical content.
⢠Practical experience with AI/ML development workflows, including model packaging, dependency management, reproducibility, and governance considerations within containerized environments (preferred).
⢠Experience with AI coding agent runtimes and sandboxed execution environments (preferred).
⢠Knowledge of secure software supply chain practices, including SBOM generation and consumption, artifact signing, provenance (e.g., SLSA concepts), vulnerability management, and policy enforcement (preferred).
⢠Comprehensive understanding of the container image lifecycle, encompassing build optimization, image hardening, base image strategy, registry governance, promotion workflows, and lifecycle management from development to production (preferred).
