📋 Description

• Act as the knowledgeable voice over the phone, assisting customers in identifying, assessing, and purchasing products.

• Employ a consultative approach to suggest solutions, clarify product advantages, and guide customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

• Communicate effectively in writing to deliver technical support and product suggestions.

• Make autonomous decisions regarding the appropriate application of products.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aftermarket automotive technology.

• Function as a technical resource for both customers and internal teams.

• Support product and e-commerce teams in developing and enhancing website content.

• Collaborate with internal teams to promote product visibility and drive overall sales success.

• Assist in creating training materials for fellow technicians and sales personnel.

• Take part in producing technical content, such as videos and technical articles.

• A strong passion for muscle cars, hot rods, and performance vehicles.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficient computer skills, including typing (30 wpm), web navigation, search engine usage, and familiarity with essential programs like Outlook.
