Customer Experience Analyst – Exclusive to People with Disabilities (PWD)

• Support the development and management of operational enhancement projects and the adoption of new technologies;

⛳️ Requirements

• This role is designated for individuals with disabilities (PWD). Candidates must possess a CID code that qualifies under Brazilian Law No. 8.213/91 (which defines persons with disabilities) and provide an updated medical report;

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a communication-related discipline (Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies.
