This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Diagnose issues and perform minor repairs as well as replace modules on EPOS systems, self-checkouts, PCs, workstations, and associated peripherals.
• Conduct second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks.
• Enhance network and infrastructure capabilities.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within a designated territory or region.
• Ensure the continuity of customer operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer issues or incidents until they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction or in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Travel for customer service tasks and handle tool kits and parts.
• Work rotating shifts as necessary.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision while effectively and proactively managing time.
• A valid DK driving license.
• Preferred experience in break/fix, IT, and computer/mechanical repairs.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance.
• Basic networking skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learning capability for new skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• High mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods and manage tool kits and parts of varying weights.
• Availability to work rotating shifts as necessary.
