This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Responding to inquiries about the regulations governing economic activities in Poland.
• Providing technical support for the Ministry's website.
• Communication channels include phone (both inbound and outbound) and live chat (inbound).
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service within the last 2 years – mandatory.
• Proficiency in the Polish language at a C1 level – mandatory.
• Proficiency in the English language at a B2 level – mandatory.
• Knowledge of Polish sign language at a B2 level – optional.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a B2 level – optional.
• Student status – optional.
• Clean criminal record.
• Completion of secondary education.
• Excellent manners and strong personal communication skills.
• Ability to write quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to absorb a substantial amount of information regarding entrepreneurs' law.
• Option for either full-time or part-time employment contract.
