• Ensure prompt follow-ups and maintain consistent communication.
• Keep accurate records of calls and interactions within internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage conversations confidently and professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Zoho Tools, CRM tools).
• Previous experience in BPO, calling, or customer support roles is preferred.
